The processing time for orders varies depending on the items in the order. Typically during store hours we can process within 1-2 days. We are closed on the weekend so any purchase on Late Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the monday after.
We have a variety of shipping options. DHL Budget (4-9 Business Days) is our standard shipping. We also offer USPS Priority (2-3 Business Days). For international order we offer DHL international 4-8 days (Eurpoe) or 6-11 days (rest of the world)
You should be able to check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail. If the tracking has not updated in more than three business days, you did not receive a tracking link, or you have any other questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please don't hesitate to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org!
The quickest way to contact us is via Facebook Messanger or via e-mail. During our business hours, we can make changes within 15 minutes of an order being placed. If we are not able to make that change for you, we do offer returns and exchanges!

You need to return and item to us, we require that you notify us withing one week of us receiving their shipment. Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed. All clothing items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smells to qualify for a return. All toys and items in retail packaging must be returned in their original condition with all pieces and unopened packaging.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM U.S. CUSTOMERS
If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.
If a U.S. customer would like to return an item for a refund, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to you for the cost of the item minus any shipping costs(original shipping costs are not refundable).
If you're U.S. customer would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the correct item and have your customer send the incorrect item back to us. You are responsible for paying to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned item.
